When life brings me fireworks I usually sit up and take notice!  I love a bit of fizz and zing in my life.  But sometimes it all gets too much and I can feel the pain, anger and irritation rising to the surface.  My best tip?  Move with it – get out, take a walk, breathe more deeply.  In fact breathe right into it.  The deeper you go the quicker it clears.   Take your present self out into the world and see how quickly you move on.  Then have a good laugh and a cup of tea.
