A laugh a day keeps you fit

Here is my laugh generating formula.

Keep a list of things that make you laugh out loud – open a file for it now and add in cartoons, episodes of your favourite sitcom, funny pics of the family, old jokes and so on.

Now check if you are BELLY LAUGHING.

Maybe life has been tough for a while and you forgot to give yourself permission  to let go and have a good cackle.  Get that belly moving.  When we laugh from the guts we send a very important message to our whole body that all is well and indeed, right this moment, it usually is.  The nerves release, our guts relax, our minds stop thinking for a moment and we find that wonderful connection to life that humour brings us.  Don’t laugh at others, laugh with them, it is so much healthier.

    You are correct! I love when your breath gets stuck in your ribs, you drop to your knees and hold your stomach as you gasp wiping a single drop of laughter from your eye. Then you just know yyou’re doing it right. 😇😉
