make Monday happy day


This is my secret tip, my years of teaching Innerbody Wisdom distilled into a few words.

People with good body awareness are much happier people.

That’s it. Why?

Because once you learn to focus on your body your mind slows down.  When your mind slows down you feel less anxious.

Then you get an amazing result – you find you can be body aware at the same time as thinking, working, creating, loving …

There is another secret result which I can’t teach you.  It just happens.

You become aware of your   Inner Body – where endless vitality, creativity and wisdom arise from.  Your endless, eternal self.

Yes, it does exist in everyone. Without exception.

If you are reading this far, you are well on the way to living from that source of unspeakable joy and peace.  Welcome home.

If not, well take five minutes every hour to stop working, thinking, worrying and focus on your body.  Any part will do.  Breath into it.  Don’t have a conversation about it in your head.  Feel it.  Do yoga, pilates and any other exercise where you can focus on your inner body and how you feel on the inside.  It will come.  It is the destiny of all of us.
